music lessons
I offer lessons for children, teenagers, and adults of all experience levels, starting at 6 years old. I primarily teach voice and piano, but I can also teach beginner guitar, ukulele, and general music lessons. I am particularly well equipped to work with neurodivergent learners. offered in person and online, and the age minimum for all online lessons is 14.
voice medicine coaching
Voice medicine coachings are designed to teach the basics of voice medicine, meditation, and breathwork. You'll learn how to use your voice as a tool to regulate your nervous system, create healthier thought patterns, improve your self-image, and go deeper into your unique spiritual practice. offered in-person and online.

Student who enroll will commit to a weekly or biweekly meeting at a recurring
date and time.
Payment for the whole month is due at your first lesson of the month. Payment can be made with cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, Payal, or Cashapp.
Planned absences may be rescheduled to another date and time, or deducted from your monthly payment at the beginning of the month.
Unplanned absences can grant you a make-up lesson, but only if you cancel with more than 36 hours notice. Unused make-up lessons won't be credited toward the next month.

All healing services are customized to your needs and preferences, and include an online intake form before your first session.
hands-on reiki
Reiki literally means "universal life energy", which lives inside all of us and is channeled through your body during a session. While lying down on a table, you'll receive reiki into different parts of your body and your energy field. Sessions can be tailored for particular ailments, or intuitively guided for general well-being and vitality. offered in person only.
private sound bath
In my private sound healing sessions, I use a mixture of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, drums, rain sticks, ocarinas, chimes, and my voice. A private session can help deepen your spiritual practice, or simply be a way to let go of tension in the body and help calm the mind. offered in-person and online
yoga lessons
In a yoga lesson, you'll practice according to your own ability. This means we'll work within your physical limits while also expanding your comfort zone. You'll also learn different types of pranayama, or breath control, and get personalized advice on how to build more stability, minimize discomfort, and open up stuck energy points. offered in person only.
bio-field balancing
The bio-field is the electromagnetic aura that exists around every living being. These sessions primarily use tuning forks to find places of dissonance in the aura and then guide them back into harmonious resonance. During these sessions, tuning forks can also be placed directly on specific points on the body to transmit the healing vibrations. offered in-person only
